The Results Are In...


After a month of keeping track of my weight I'd say I did a hell of a job. Started on March 1st weighing in at 226.4lbs and after a long month ended up at 218.2lbs on April 1st. Lost 8 pounds, not on any special diets, just eat about a serving per meal along with a healthy snack (when possible) in between. For exercise.. well I really haven't done any cept when I'm at work. I walk about 80 miles per month. And do a lot of lifting per day.. so that would be where I get a work out. So... let's see what my doctor will say now... cuz the first time I went to see her I was at 240 lost around 11 pounds on the second visit.. and now at 218 :D
